In March 2019, a Joint Venture was established, Tiber River Construction LLC, formed by DGCI (51%) and IG O&M S.p.A. (49%) to participate in civil/plant construction and maintenance tenders within NATO military bases in Italy.

On August 30th, 2019 JV Tiber River was awarded the MATOC contract at the bases of Vicenza, Aviano and Livorno (Camp Darby).

In September 2021 Tiber River won n. 4 Task Orders for maintenance work at the Vicenza bases for a total value of approximately  9.3 M€.

In July 2022 IG O&M acquired 100% of the company Tiber River Construction LLC and took over the MATOC-Vicenza contract having obtained the “Novation” from the Client (US-Gov.).
